Currently, Dr. Yazdani operates a thriving dental practice experiencing 30% year-over-year growth, fuelled by his obsession with patient experience, team culture, and operational excellence. His passion lies in launching and scaling startup clinics, mentoring dental professionals, and crafting environments where people can grow into their full potential. With a life purpose rooted in unearthing human potential, Shahram leads with empathy, ambition, and a belief in continuous learning. Beyond the clinic, he is a dedicated father and husband who enjoys eating great food, exercising, reading, and traveling.
